• Memberships operate on recurring 30-day periods beginning on the enrollment date.
• Included visits must be scheduled in advance.
• No separate service payment is required for included membership visits.
• Kids memberships are for enrolled children only; the purchasing parent/adult is not included for grooming services.
• Kids plans cover up to 2 children age 15 and under per included service visit.
• Family plans cover 1 adult plus up to 2 children.
• Additional children may be added for an additional charge.
• Membership benefits are available while the membership remains active.

Beginning October 26, 2026, KG LIVE Cuts will no longer operate from a physical shop location.
All services will be provided exclusively through mobile / house-call appointments at the customer’s location.
This transition introduces the new KG LIVE Cuts membership experience, designed around consistent professional grooming delivered directly to members.
Booking
Appointments are required for all services. Please ensure your location details are accurate for house-cut services within the Houston area.
Cancellations
24-hour notice is strictly enforced. Rescheduling must be handled via the platform to secure your deposit and membership visit.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Beyond this window, your session may be condensed or cancelled to protect the schedule.
House Calls
Mobile services require a clear, lit workspace. Membership-based house calls are prioritized in the live scheduling queue.
Memberships
